Can I return or exchange an item?

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will accept a return of any unused item, still in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund.

Unfortunately due to high demand of our bags and limited fast moving stock, we are unable to offer exchanges.
My bag is damaged can I return it?
Please note that returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged/faulty/soiled item, please contact us at glamclutchbagboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

How do I make a return?

Please handle and repackage the items with care. Any bags returned must be received back in its original condition. It has to be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Contact us via email as soon as possible, we recommend within 5 days of receipt, to allow the item to reach us within 14 days. Forward us your order confirmation and state your reason for return. We will confirm the return for you and you can post back the item.

We recommend that you return your items using a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

When do i get my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receipt of the item.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card and a confirmation email will be send to you once you refund has been processed.
